Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Robert Ortiz provides executive property management oversight for properties in New England, New York, and northern New Jersey. He was promoted to this role in July 2024. Robert joined Pennrose as regional property manager in New England and New York in April 2024, bringing over 25 years of combined experience in the fields of maintenance and administration. He has consistently demonstrated his exceptional leadership and expertise in property management.

Prior to Pennrose, Robert served as vice president of property and asset management with Way Finders, where he developed and implemented policies, procedures, and systems necessary to assure effective property management operations and oversaw a substantial portion of the company’s property management portfolio. He has successfully held positions that span Maintenance Superintendent, Property Manager, Director of Management, and Vice President.

Robert holds his ARM designation, is an Accredited Residential Manager, and holds certifications in C5P Tax Credit and Certified Occupancy Specialist (NCHM). He is also a member of the Boston Chapter of IREM.
