In 2018, the Pennrose Foundation was founded to amplify this vision. By enhancing our mission, we’re deepening our commitment to improving the lives of residents and creating lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.
The Pennrose Foundation is committed to supporting initiatives and organizations that benefit:

As we reflect on 2024, one truth stands out: when we come together, we create lasting change. Thanks to our incredible supporters, the Pennrose Foundation has provided scholarships, after-school programs, summer camps, and vital resources to families in need.

Scholarship Spotlight
A key activity of the Pennrose Foundation is to grant scholarships for higher learning and camps to residents of the Pennrose managed affordable communities. Our goal is to assist high potential, but economically disadvantaged students and families, achieve their education and career goals.
The application process for 2025 academic scholarships is open for Pennrose community residents and dependents of full-time Pennrose employees. The application period ends on March 31, 2025.
Applications for camp scholarships will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Supporting Shared Missions
We aren’t the only ones doing great work. Each year we provide grants to charitable organizations that have missions similar to Pennrose Foundation. In 2024, Pennrose Foundation provided $50k in grants to organizations that were making and impact to individuals and communities throughout the Pennrose footprint.
