FOP Senior is the moderate rehab of a 106-unit senior (62 & older) building in the Somerton neighborhood of Philadelphia. The tax credit project will provide the first comprehensive rehab of the building since it was originally developed in 1968 by FOP Senior Citizens Inc., and will include full kitchen and bathroom upgrades, new flooring throughout the building, new roofs and windows, and exterior accessibility improvements. All qualified applicants are welcome and membership in or affiliation with the Fraternal Order of Police is not required.
