Good Shepherd is a new construction, 55-unit senior community that will consist of a 4-story building in the Overbrook neighborhood of Philadelphia. This site is the former home of the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, a church that burned down in 2016. The resurrection of this community hub will have a unit mix of fifty-five (55) one-bedroom apartments with an average of 603 square feet. Of the fifty-five (55) units, six (6) will be restricted to households earning at or below 20% of the Area Median Income (AMI), twenty-five (25) will be restricted to households earning at or below 50% AMI, and twenty-four (24) will be restricted to households earning at or below 60% AMI. Construction will be completed in late 2025.
