First step taken for 93-unit apartment development featuring 44 senior units in Wareham
The first step toward developing a 93-unit apartment development that would include 44 affordable units for seniors on a 13-acre parcel on Littleton Drive was taken with an agreement signed Thursday by the Wareham Redevelopment Authority.
The land disposition agreement was signed with Pennrose, a property development and management firm based in Philadelphia with a New England office in Boston. Pennrose was chosen after development proposals were sent out by the WRA with the Mass. Housing Authority’s assistance.
Pennrose’s response was viewed as the best.
