Security veteran to lead comprehensive safety and risk management initiatives across Pennrose's development portfolio

Pennrose announced the appointment of Kevin Tarangioli as the enterprise’s first director of security and safety, reaffirming the company's commitment to resident and personnel safety across its communities.

In his role, Tarangioli will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive security procedures, including preventative measures during site selection as well as site and building design. He will also support the development and implementation of response plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Saturno, vice president of compliance and legal. "Kevin's extensive professional security experience, results-driven approach, and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring our communities remain secure and welcoming environments for all residents."

Tarangioli brings two decades of impressive corporate security and leadership experience to Pennrose. Most recently, he served as corporate safety and security specialist at New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Group (NJM), where he managed security and safety operations for 3,000 employees, contractors, and visitors across three corporate locations. He also brings vast experience in emergency preparedness, physical security, and investigations.

Tarangioli is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and earned his Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) certification from Florida Atlantic University. He earned his Master of Arts in Human Service Administration from Rider University and his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Rowan University.
