Jill Sommer Lesher Joins Pennrose as Vice President of Asset Management

Jill Sommer Lesher has joined Pennrose as vice president of asset management to lead the strategic processes of maximizing the financial performance and increasing the value of the Pennrose portfolio. She will also lead the organization’s activities related to monitoring the physical and financial condition of more than 200 Pennrose owned assets and 14,000 units. Lesher has more than 15 years of asset management expertise with diverse knowledge of asset types and property classes.  She has overseen real estate portfolios for REIT, pension fund and high net worth clients.

Prior to joining Pennrose Lesher most recently served as vice president, asset management for Resource Real Estate. At Resource, she managed a large portfolio of value-add multi-family, office and mixed-use investments throughout the U.S. Lesher also served as associate director for Grosvenor Fund Management overseeing a portfolio of equity real estate investments.

Lesher is a member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and is a LEED AP with a concentration in existing buildings. She graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
