July 25, 2017
Lasserre Bradley, III, has joined Pennrose Properties, LLC as regional vice president of development. Bradley will lead the Midwest region from the company’s new Cincinnati office. He will be responsible for the execution and continued growth of Pennrose’s development pipeline throughout the Midwest including all aspects of the real estate development process.
Pennrose identified the Midwest as a market consistent with the company’s growth objectives. The company is also involved with additional development activities in Ohio and western Pennsylvania.
“Lasserre is a tremendous addition the Pennrose team with his diverse real estate development background,” said Mark H. Over his 20-year career in real estate development, construction and design, Mr. Bradley has developed a diverse background in new construction development, urban redevelopment, historic preservation and place-making. His expertise includes high-end condominiums, market-rate multifamily housing, workforce housing, affordable housing, senior housing, Class A office, and urban neighborhood retail.
