Pennrose is pleased to announce the promotion of Dana Green to vice president of operations for Pennrose Management Company (PMC). In her new role, Green will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s operational strategies and optimizing processes to ensure the highest quality service delivery to residents. Green will oversee regions and in Maryland, Washington, D.C. Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Virginia totaling 48 properties and 4,081 units.

With nearly three decades of experience in affordable, Section 8, and market-rate residential management, Green joined Pennrose in 2023 as a regional property manager in the Mid-Atlantic region. She also previously held property management and supervisory roles with POAH Communities, Columbus Property Management, Kay Apartment Communities, and more, overseeing properties throughout Massachusetts, Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

“Throughout my 28-year career in residential housing, I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact safe, quality housing has on individuals, families, and entire communities,” added Green. “I look forward to contributing to Pennrose’s continued growth, success, and mission-driven approach to housing and on-site supportive services.”  

Green will report to Marsha Blunt, who was appointed as president of PMC in 2023.

Green studied at the University of the District of Columbia. She has also earned several certifications, including Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS); DC Property Manager License; ARM Certification, IREM; Fair Housing Certificate; and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance Certification, TaCCs.
