Soria is a brand new 63-unit, mixed-income housing development located in East Greenwich. The community consists of 30 one-bedroom units and 33 two-bedroom units. Section 8 Project Based Vouchers from the East Greenwich Housing Authority and 811 vouchers from Rhode Island Housing will support the 30% AMI apartments. The building will also include apartments at 60% AMI and middle-income apartments at 100-120% AMI. 

The development follows sustainable, Universal Design principles and includes on-site supportive services and programming. While the community is not age-restricted, the development will focus on services for elderly and disabled populations who may struggle to find stable rental housing options in East Greenwich.
