Legacy Landing will be a mixed-use, multifamily and townhome affordable rental neighborhood in the Marshall-Ridley neighborhood of Newport News.  The community will feature ample green space, a fitness center, community building, and free resident parking. Rents will be affordable at a range of income tiers. We anticipate leasing to begin in Summer of 2024.
