A non-refundable $25 fee for each adult household member (including live-in aide) is required to complete the credit and criminal background screening. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

McAuley Station is a brand new mixed-income, family rental community in southeast Atlanta, developed in partnership with Mercy Care. The 170-unit, energy-efficient development is adjacent to Mercy Care's facility that is undergoing an expansion and features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes available at a variety of income tiers (ranging from 30% to 80% AMI).
