McAuley Station is a brand new mixed-income, family rental community in southeast Atlanta. The new community has been developed in partnership with Saint Joseph’s Health System, Inc. (Mercy Care), an organization that brings healthcare to the most vulnerable, with a strong emphasis on serving the homeless. The 170-unit development is adjacent to Mercy Care's facility that is undergoing an expansion and features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes available at a variety of income tiers (ranging from 30% to 80% AMI).

Residents will enjoy a rooftop deck with scenic views of downtown Atlanta, inviting resident lounges, fitness center, and business center. The community is walkable to the Atlanta Beltline, King Memorial MARTA Station, and tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and other local amenities.
