Man An House 萬安樓 (F/K/A 800 Vine Senior) is a new construction, 100% affordable, senior development consisting of studios, one-, and two -bedroom units within a five-story building at the Chinatown neighborhood of Philadelphia. All the units are Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units. The unit mix will consist of twelve (12) studio, thirty-eight (38) one-bedroom and one (1) two-bedroom apartments. Of the fifty-one (51) affordable units, eleven (11) percent of the units (6 in total) will be restricted to 20% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below, forty-two (42) percent (21 in total) will be restricted to 50% AMI or below, and forty-seven (47) percent (24 in total) will be restricted to 60% AMI or below. All buildings will meet Enterprise Green Communities standards with Energy Star appliances.

Man An House will have a large community room, fitness center, common laundry on each floor, and on-site management space. An on-site Supportive Service Coordinator hired from the community will work to plan intergenerational events and programming for the residents and those of the surrounding neighborhood. At least 10% of the units will be accessible to residents with physical disabilities and residents with hearing and vision impairments. All of the units will be completely adaptable and visitable.
